The blue lake is situated about 4400m above from the sea level and the colorful sights of nature around it. The Tso Moriri is situated about 200 km away from Ley. In Tibetian language, Tso means ‘lake ‘. From here there are 70 kms to the boundary of China. To visit Tso Moriri we have to take inner line permit from Ley. The visitors are less because it is not that much famous as Pangong.
The lake is having 19 kms length. The lake and its surroundings will make colorful magic at the time of clear climate. We should see the glow when the sunlight is reaching to the water of dark blue. In the daytime, moderately hot and the wind will be there and at night it will be cool. In July month also the temperature will be below 3 degrees.
