This waterfalls is situated 35 kms away from the District Pathanamthitta.The Perunthenaruvi is a tourist place in the Pathanamthitta district.
This source is from the Pamba.In Pamba river itself little above from there one Panamkuduntha stream also flowing. To reach this place Erumely,Mukkuttuthara,Chathanthara route is there or Ranny,Vechuchira Navodhaya School Junction route is there. There are groups of rocks which are beautiful. The indication for the Seetha — Raman stories are present on the rocks.The Perunthenaruvi is present in the Vechuchira Gramapanchayat and in Ranny Taluk. Many tourists are coming here to see this place. There is a chance to get accident those who are unfamiliar.The construction work is going on based on the Kerala Tourism Department. To provide water to the people of Vechuchira and nearby places also this is used as water source.
